With a population of almost 600 million souls in
Latin America, we ask, how can we reach them all in our lifetime? With
the ever-growing Latino population in our own neighborhoods in the
United States, you may ask, what tools can I use to share the message of
Jesus with them?
At World Christian Broadcasting we have made it
our mission to answer these two questions through the production,
broadcasting of quality Spanish-Speaking radio programs that share the
message of Jesus to Latin Americans everywhere. Our daily goal is to
reach people with His message where they are involved in their everyday

Voice, La Voz Alegre (The Happy Voice).
La Voz Alegre (The Happy Voice) is World Christian
Broadcasting's voice to Latin America. Rex Morgan, our Sr. Producer for
Latin America produces this one-hour magazine format radio program with
the needs of Latin Americans in mind. This can be challenging due to the
diverse nature of 21 distinct nations that have chosen Spanish as their
official language. Portuguese will be our next Latin American frontier.
La Voz Alegre (The Happy Voice) is heard weekly on
three different radio frequencies on three different days each week.
Sunday nights people in Cuba, Santo Domingo, and Puerto Rico tune in at
21:00-22:00 on frequency 800 AM.
We are making an effort to reach Latin Americans
in all 21 Spanish-speaking countries through WINB 9265 KHz (or 9.265
MHz) shortwave Monday nights at 6:00-7:00 PM EST. Also, on WWCR
shortwave 6115 kHz (or 6.115 MHz) every Wednesday evening at 6:00-7:00
is our contact and resource website for all listeners and partners that
want to share our programs and special features with Spanish-speakers.

Our programming also includes a variety of

A church is
born! Sitiecito, Cuba
Listeners gather around their
radios every Sunday night to listen to La Voz Alegre (The Happy Voice)
all across Cuba. God knows who is listening and learning about freedom
in Christ, and God cares.
Then letters arrive at the P.O.
Box for the church of Christ in Havana. Not quite a birth announcement
but it is a wonderful new beginning. The word of God has taken hold in
the hearts of people and they ask for help to study God's word. Our
follow-up team in Cuba goes into action with: love, letters, lessons,

I'm sharing a message of the
journey to Sitiecito, a small town that is more than 300 Km from Havana,
and where we have listeners of the program, La Voz Alegre. Several of
them were also recently baptized.
They have been in contact with
Tony Hernandez, and during a trip they made to Matanzas they were
baptized. Now they are continuing to study with us and want to start to
meeting as a church.
During our visit with our new
brothers and sisters in Sitiecito we were able to instruct them on how
to get started. To the glory of God, there is now a new congregation in
the province of Villa Clara, Cuba. And this, thanks also, to the work we
are doing together.
Now to him who is able
to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his
power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and
in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever!
