We are already in the last quarter of the year. Its time to for us to make a last push to accomplish this year’s goals, and the same time creating a foundation for next year’s work. As stated on the title of this article we have adopted the “by all possible means approach” to radio broadcasting. We thank God for World Christian Broadcasting and its commitment to share the Good News of Jesus through short wave radio broadcasting. The Spanish speaking signal goes out to Latin America twice a day, every day, from Madagascar. Then, we take those same programs produced by World Christian Broadcasting and distribute them on as many outlets as possible to reach audiences through local stations as well as digital channels.

• World Christian Broadcasting has its own internet channel where we are transmitting our content in 8 different languages. This station can be listened to by typing the following on your browser: worldchristian.airtime.pro. Our appreciation to Amado Abenojar, our chief engineer, for opening this channel to make our programs available.
• Our website and App continue to experience organic traffic growth. In order to bring more traffic to our website and App, this past week we used for the first time a technology known as “Digital Geo-fencing,” which is a way to send adds to people’s mobiles when they enter a specific area that has been previously targeted. Those adds point back to our App and website.
• Our programming continues to be broadcasted on the weekends by EBM Internet Christian Station from Spain.
• Every Wednesday we are broadcasting our programs to most of Latin America through Trans World Radio. They are also distributing our programs to their 318 local affiliate radio stations in 24 Spanish-speaking countries, and encourage those stations to use them in their broadcasts. We are waiting for their first report.
• Beginning October, we are distributing our programs directly to people’s homes in Cuba every week through a system known as “El Paquete” (The Package). The rest of this article will explain what is the package in Cuba and how our programs fit in this system.

The Weekly Package is a compendium of movies, shows, series, novels, cartoons recently broadcast by international television stations, which circulates throughout Cuba on the support of a hard drive of approximately 1 terabyte. This system includes a religious section, for people who are going through adversity and are seeking meaning and hope in life.

In Cuba, a distribution network has been created that allows this package to be delivered to Cuban homes every week, which also includes mobile software, magazines related to topics from the world of sports, economics, and culture. This alternative began in 2008.

The consumption of this content has become popular because it is a form of access to updated information for Cubans who do not have access to the Internet. In addition to being an alternative, the package has become a source of employment for young Cubans who are dedicated to its distribution. We included in the package many individual short programs as well as the full-hour La Voz Alegre program. People in Cuba that have subscribed to The Package will receive a variety of our programs every week for a year. Would you join me in praying for this?

This is made possible by the blessings of the Lord through the partnership between World Christian Broadcasting, which supplies resources for the production of programs, and Christian Productions International, which makes possible its distribution. My appreciation goes to our team in Cuba for their help in the compilation and inclusion of our programming in “The Package.”

This is just the beginning. Our aim is to continue to communicate The Good News through radio by all possible means so that we might save some (I Corinthians 9:22).
