I have good news to share. African Pathways—our programs for Sub-Saharan Africa and beyond—is planning to collaborate with Sunset School of Preaching (SSP) to bring our listeners a gospel hour program once a week. This effort aligns with the fulfillment of World Christian Broadcasting’s (WBC) promises to reach out to the world’s listening audience with the gospel of Jesus Christ. You will be informed about the new program in more detail, including the day of the week, time, and frequency, when WCB and SSP complete the plans. We are happy with this effort as we continue improving our old programs and adding new ones for our listeners. We are currently broadcasting from the frequencies of 11825 at 400 UTC and 13670 at 1800 or 11965 at 2000 UTC. Our website is www.africanpathways.org

One of our listeners from Uganda requests our prayers for peace to prevail from her country’s political upheavals. Uganda is trying to decide who won the just concluded elections between President Yoweri Museveni and Robert Kyagnlanyi (Bobi Wine). Many Sub-Saharan Africa countries have suffered from long-serving dictators who have refused to step down from office for other politicians. In the office, Africa’s long-serving presidents are Paul Biya of Cameroun, 87 years old, and have served in office since 1982. The Equatorial Guinea President Teodoro Obiang, 78 years old, is still in office since 1979. Denis Sassou, 77 years old, President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, has served in office since 1979, and Ugandan Yoweri Museveni, 76 years old, has served in office since 1986. Please remember each of these countries in your prayers. We will continue to send the message of hope in Jesus Christ to them and the rest of the world.

We are glad to announce that our studio’s new technology upgrades have brought much improvement to our production. We, the producers, are getting used to the new system after much training to acclimate. Many of us are currently producing our programs from home using this new technology, and because of COVID-19. Please keep our families and us in your prayers as we serve God together in this challenging time.
Blessings!
